Turquoise Jewelry
Navajo, Zuni & Hopi silverwork — squash blossoms, cuffs, rings, inlay and needlepoint.

A Native American–owned trading post in the heart of Carefree — genuine Navajo, Zuni and Hopi jewelry, kachinas, pottery and baskets, carried on by the Ortega family for more than a century.
The Ortega legacy
The Ortega name has been part of Southwestern trading for over a century. Six generations on, the family still does what it has always done — bring authentic, handmade Native American art to people who'll treasure it.
At Turquoise Trails you'll find pieces made by Navajo, Zuni and Hopi artisans: silver-and-turquoise jewelry, hand-carved kachinas, pottery and woven baskets — each with its own maker and story. We're proud to trade the right way: with respect for the artists and the traditions behind every piece.
Come in, take your time, and ask us anything.

A century and a quarter
Authenticity isn't a marketing word here — it's six generations of relationships with the artists and communities whose work we're honored to carry.
